Building on the progress achieved throughout the first half of 2026, QEW Group Berhad continued to strengthen its development momentum throughout the third quarter through strategic partnerships, regional engagement and continued project advancement across its key initiatives.
Throughout Q3 2026, the Group recorded meaningful developments across the QEW Smart Integrated Industrial Park (QSIIP) and Cherating Gateway Transit-Oriented Development (TOD), while strengthening collaboration with strategic stakeholders at both national and regional levels.
The Group commenced the quarter with a strategic engagement with the ASEAN Co-operative Organization (ACO), which resulted in the signing of an Implementation Arrangement to establish a framework for future cooperation and mutually beneficial initiatives.
QEW also strengthened stakeholder engagement through strategic discussions with Koperasi Polis DiRaja Malaysia Berhad (KOPMANTAP), including a subsequent site visit to the proposed QSIIP development area in Bukit Kayu Hitam, Kedah. The engagement provided an opportunity to further explore the strategic potential of QSIIP and its role in supporting regional industrial growth and connectivity.
Regional engagement remained a key focus throughout the quarter. QEW Smart Integrated Industrial Park (QSIIP) and Cherating Gateway Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) were presented at the Indonesia-Malaysia-Thailand Growth Triangle (IMT-GT) Joint Business Council Meeting 2026 in Medan, Indonesia, where the projects were recognised among the regional initiatives supporting connectivity, industrial development and long-term economic growth.
Within the Pahang Aerospace City (PAC) ecosystem, continued progress was recorded through the advancement of Cherating Gateway TOD site preparation works, including site clearing, earthworks and ground preparation activities. Baiyuzen Holdings Sdn. Bhd. also strengthened the ecosystem’s digital capabilities through a strategic partnership with Ennova ICT and Radiant, supporting the exploration of advanced digital infrastructure, technology innovation and future-ready solutions.
Beyond project development, QEW continued to strengthen its engagement with industry, government, academia and regional stakeholders through various platforms and strategic discussions. These engagements support the Group’s broader objective of building meaningful partnerships, strengthening connectivity and contributing to sustainable regional development.
As QEW Group Berhad moves into the final quarter of 2026, the Group remains focused on execution readiness, strategic partnerships and responsible growth.
