Building a Sustainable and Connected Future

QEW Group of Companies (QEW Group) began in 2009 with a vision to empower Malaysia’s future through bold, strategic, and world-class initiatives. What started as a creative and media-driven enterprise has since evolved into a diversified, Bumiputera-led public company with core interests in infrastructure, manufacturing, telecommunications, industrial development, and capital markets.

From 2009 to 2014, QEW Group built a strong foundation in creative production and large-scale event management, earning national recognition. Between 2015 and 2019, the Group broadened its portfolio across strategic sectors such as infrastructure, trading, and manufacturing, achieving a key milestone with its incorporation as a Berhad in 2019.

By 2020, QEW Group sharpened its focus on high-impact sectors aligned with Malaysia’s national transformation agenda, including Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) frameworks, digital infrastructure, and industrial empowerment. The Group rolled out 5G networks across Peninsular and East Malaysia, introduced sustainable financing instruments such as the RPS i, and secured strategic projects for industrial development.

Since then, QEW Group has been actively engaged in high-impact projects across real estate development, national economic growth, and the telecommunications sector. Through the expansion of network facilities and improved coverage, the Group continues to enhance connectivity for both urban and rural communities. It has also contributed to mining and industrial and commercial development projects, supporting economic expansion and state-level growth priorities.

In 2024, QEW Group reached a landmark milestone as the first Bumiputera company to develop a fully private, integrated industrial park, strengthening its role as a national driver of smart growth. Today, QEW Group continues to champion digital connectivity, halal industry advancement, and green economic ecosystems in collaboration with government and global partners.
